When you submit the form, I process your name, email address, message and related technical data. The message is stored in the website database and also sent by email. I use the data only to answer your enquiry, continue the related communication and protect the form against misuse.
The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a possible contract and my legitimate interest in handling communication and securing the website.
I retain contact-form messages for no longer than 12 months after the last related communication. If the communication leads to a contractual relationship, or if the data must be retained to meet legal obligations or protect legal claims, I may keep it for the corresponding longer period.
When you visit the website, the server and security tools may process your IP address, browser type, request time, requested URL and information required to diagnose errors. I use this data to operate the website securely and reliably and retain it only for as long as necessary for that purpose.
The contact form is protected by Google reCAPTCHA. When it loads, Google may process your IP address, user-agent and device and application information, and may store a security cookie. The purpose is to detect automated attacks, spam and misuse. Google acts as a data processor for this processing. More information is available in the Google reCAPTCHA documentation.
The website uses necessary cookies for security, functionality and storing your consent preferences. The consent preference cookie is retained for 182 days. If analytics or marketing scripts are activated, they will load only after the corresponding consent has been given; consent can be changed at any time in the cookie settings.
Hosting and email service providers and Google as the reCAPTCHA provider may access the data to the extent necessary. I do not sell personal data or disclose it for third parties’ own marketing.
Depending on the circumstances, you may request access, rectification or erasure, restriction of processing and data portability, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
